HOTEL SECURITY
Some of the hotels we use for our Youth Groups provide uniform security guards Friday and Saturday night. The Holiday Inn also has security cameras to monitor the hallways. This way the chaperones can feel more secure while their youth groups are in the hotel.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT
A special rental form will be filled out with all rental skiers on the bus the day of the trip. This form eliminates the renter from waiting in line trying to fill out a rental form. It also eliminates the renter from leaving a deposit or identification. This helps the renter spend less time in the rental shop and more time on the slopes.
TRAIL MAP
Every skier will receive a trail map on the way to the ski area. This way skiers or snowboarders can plan their day in advance.
LIFT TICKETS
Your lift tickets will be counted in advance. You will be given them as soon as you arrive at the ski area.
SKI TRIP ESCORT
If necessary, a Killington Ski Tour Escort will accompany your group to assure you a successful ski trip.
GROUP ORGANIZERS KIT
Your Group Organizer's Trip Kit will contain flyers, posters, sign-up forms and a rooming list. This material will help group organizers coordinate a well organized ski trip.
LICENSE
Killington Ski Tours Inc. holds an Interstate Commerce Commission Broker's License No. MC-159988, which allows us to conduct business according to the rules and regulations set by the Commission.
TOUR CONDITIONS
The price of a weekend bus trip is based on 40 paying people per bus at a cost of $70.00 per person.
Group organizers receive one free trip with every 20 paying skiers. With organized high school groups we give one free trip for chaperones with every 10 students. A $400.00 deposit is required for a group reservation. $100.00 per skier rooming list is due 30 days before the trip. The balance is due 15 days before the trip's departure. There are no refunds within 30 days of the group's departure.RESPONSIBILITY
Killington Ski Tours Inc. acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging transportation, lodging, meals and lift tickets and will not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property or bodily injury.
